NOTICE ACCORDING TO THE D.L. dated 30th of June 2003, nr. 196 Letter in force after the conversion in law of the DL 354/03, converted with amendments from L. 26th February 2004, nr. 45 (protection of the person and other subjects concerning use and protection of the personal information). LE AXIDIE S.R.L. according to art. 13 of D. L. n.196 dated 06/30/2003, informs as follows: according to the above mentioned art. 13 of D. L. n.196 dated 06/30/2003, concerning use and protection of the personal information, the customer and possible co-obliged or guarantee (onwards all called “applicant”) are informed and, to whom it may concern, they expressly agree: 1. that the data concerning the carrying out of the work, will handle by LE AXIDIE S.R.L., located at Marina di Equa 80069 Vico Equense (Sorrento/Italy) in order to process statistical data, to consult, to compare them with preset standards and any other appropriate operation related to the above mentioned purposes. Your data can be provided, also through transmission and/or communication (also continuously) to third parties which are entrusted to develop or provide specific services strictly functional to our activity, always respecting the laws as refers to data safety (a list of third parties names proper to the above mentioned categories is available at the company seat). The collected data and personal images, also digitally recorded, have the only purpose of the User registration. 2. that the above mentioned data could be collected both by the interested party and third parties, through electronic or telephonic media; 3. should you not agree to provide us the required data, collected on the basis of a law duty or rather strictly functional to our activity, it will be impossible for us to develop any further essential activity; 4. moreover, it could be happen that on specific request, LE AXIDIE S.R.L. could handle personal data classified by the law as “sensible” – e.g. information about your state of health. According to the law, in this case it is foreseen a specific permission in order to handle such data; This permission will be requested to the User by LE AXIDIE S.R.L. entrusted personnel, before handling the data. Referring to the data handling and according to art. 7 of the above mentioned D.L. n.196 dated 06/30/2003, the applicant has the right to obtain by the company: 1. the confirmation of personal data records referred to him and the transmission, in an understandable way, of such data as well as their origin and the handling criteria; 2. the deletion, transformation in an anonymous shape, or the freeze of the data handled breaking the law; 3. the updating or rather, if interested, the data addition. Moreover, the applicant has the right to oppose, for proper reasons, to the handling of personal data concerning himself.
